1. You dont know you haven't seen the best of Newton, you simply don't have any evidence to back that up or your assertion Smith has had his best seasons. You may be right, you may not. Smith hasn't been outplayed by Newton to this point.

2. A guy who has been slightly above average just got the most money in 3 years of any deal ever given to a player. Lets talk about owners not being stupid enough to do X.

$20MM+ per year for Cam Newton? This is a situation you make who you already have happy because its who you already have and your other options are weak.
