Ok Fat ****s.

I'm challenging all of you 'pop' (as you say in KC) lovers to throw away the habit forever.

I'm a former user and have been clean for over two years now. I will do one 12-24 ounce cola once every month or less, So I wouldn't say I'm ENTIRELY clean - but pretty well behaved. Most of you pop heads drink tons of it, daily.

Well we have some darned good news tonight because tonight 10-08-14 if you commit we will end this habit or decrease it. I see no issue with rewarding yourself every now and again w/ a coke classic or whichever your poison. Provided you're seriously quitting. If it's something you can't handle and have to quit forever and NEVER reward yourself with a coke classic or whichever your poison, then certainly don't risk it. And only you know your type and restraining ability.

I'd like to challenge anyone who has thought about this but never been pushed. It's just not that hard to quit. So.....


Anyone down?

I only drink it when I am drinking but a lot of time the drinks I make don't need pop. Pop is ****ing bad by itself. No idea how people drink that shit all day.

I haven't had just a pop by itself since high school.

And yes, it's pop, not Soda.

I tried a few years ago and went cold turkey. The headaches and nausea was SO unbearable and I became even grumpier. My wife grabbed a bottle of Dew and said " I will leave you unless you drink this."

I quit drinking soda cold turkey in June. I was drinking 4-6 cans of coke a day. I've lost 19 pounds without changing anything else about my diet or increasing my exercise. Pop is the devil.

Not me. I drink 2-3 Mt. Dews a day. I am 51, 5' 11" and weigh 168. My waist size runs between 30-32. No need to give up soda. But good luck to all that do.
