Enh, tap the brake a bit... McD made just as many dumb moves as good picks in that draft. I'm not saying that Elway is Ozzie Newsome yet, that will take time, but he's had a strong two seasons adjusting with what he has and adding to the mix. He's done well, but there's so much more to do.
