AJ McCarron traded to the Gruden

http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/2...akland-raiders

The Buffalo Bills have traded quarterback AJ McCarron to the Oakland Raiders for a fifth-round pick, a league source confirmed to ESPN's Adam Schefter on Saturday.

The Bills decision on which quarterback to start in Week 1 will now come down to Nathan Peterman and rookie Josh Allen. Peterman completed 33 of his 41 passes this preseason for 431 yards, three touchdowns and one interception. Allen completed 24 of 44 passes for 210 yards and two touchdowns.

He sucks. Couldn't beat out a very raw rookie or Nathan Peterman.

He’s right where he needs to be. Career backup. This generations Todd Collins

He played like 8 snaps before he was hurt but I meant the Raiders. Having an experienced backup QB seems like a win now move. Pretty much the opposite of trading your best player for future picks.

AJ not so good, but maybe Gruden wants to check out AJ's wife? AJ is a serviceable backup, but barely.

Yep. I wonder how many million dollars Chase Daniel has been paid to be a career backup? Nice work if you can get it.
