Is this how Alex Smith ends up with all those "hidden touchdowns" we've heard about?

NOT much worse than the chiefs. 1 playoff win less in the last 5 years.

Alex Smith is gonna let it all hang out this year. I'll bet he throw 15 INT's but thats because he'll also throw 30 TDs

2018 is going to be a very sad time for you. Bring tissues and Tampax. You'll need them.

Not saying they are the best, or even top 5, but a lot of teams are doing worse than KC.
A legit QB makes the chicken salad with that crew, no sweat. Which is probably why Dorsey said, "**** this noise, I'm done trying to polish this turd with "better weapons", I'll just draft and develop a real QB, one that won't turn in to a gutless, spineless pussy".

The problem with that post Tiger is those three images showcases the ONLY highlights Alex had this past season. I'm a pro-Alex guy to an extent, but as a football fan and somewhat a fan of the chiefs now, If Alex doesn't get his shit together this season.. then it's done. And I mean, in the first 8 games.
Now here's a transplant who knows what it means to operate within the boundaries of reality. Kudos to you, sir!

It's not your team. QB1 Death Cult decides who is and isn't a fan. With the drafting of PMII, we run this ****ing show now.

Get lost.

I use to be somewhat like you. Like many on here, I tried to come up with every reason I could think of as to why Alex Smith still had room to grow in this offense. I came up with every excuse in the book for his shortcomings, and tried to ignore them as long as the team was winning games. All the while, I knew that what the Chiefs were doing was never going to get us to the promise land.

You see, in the NFL, a franchise QB represents a shortcut to a Super Bowl championship. The better the QB is, the easier the path. And for the last 4 years, the Chiefs have been taking one of the longest routes of any team in the league. They have made up for it with a top notch 53-man roster, as deep as it is talented. Credit to John Dorsey and the coaching staff for patching up the weakness at the QB position for so long.

So, I made these excuses for Smith all these years. Even during 2016, though I knew he was playing in piss poor fashion, I continued to give him chance after chance to prove everyone wrong. I think I speak for many here when I say that, we made these excuses for Smith because we did not have faith that the front office would soon make the move to replace this mediocrity. It felt as though we were hitched for the long haul.

But then, in the most glorious way, John Dorsey and the entire FO/staff realized that this SB path was much too steep, and they went out and got the guy who they believe can cut this path down to its shortest possible distance. The kid who nearly this entire board has rallied around would soon become a Chief. His name-- Patrick Mahomes II.

And so now that the Chiefs brass has awoken from the same fairy tale that many including myself were living in, this chapter will soon come to an end. Except for a few dumb bastards on here including yourself [Tigger], we have all awoken to a brighter tomorrow in the Chiefs Kingdom.

One led by Patrick Mahomes, beginning as late as the start of 2018.
See, Tigger? ^^^^ Now THIS is what a ****ing Chiefs fan looks like.

My guess is they think they can win the super bowl with this cast... with Mahomes. He is the final piece.
You're goddamned right.

First Kaepernick now Mahomes. That's 2 franchises that don't believe in Alex.
Two franchises that used Alex like the dusty old cum rag he is, and tossed his ass out the door.

I would say Dorsey made the right move acquiring Smitty
I would say Dorsey has had just about enough of "Smitty", and will probably draft his replace-

Oh...

The Blackledge curse is lifted. Only cowards didn't want to draft QBotf.
Threedouches is another useless Smith cum rag; pay him no mind.

Yeah, maybe he and his agent can chump some other franchise in to acquiring his pitiful services.
I truly wish him luck in that regard.
