SR, you got a good grits recipe? Full disclosure: I've only ever had grits that I liked three times - once at a BBQ competition, and once each at two high-end restaurants (one here in Montgomery, once in Charlotte, NC).

Cook stone ground grits in chicken stock instead of water. Add Boursin cheese to taste. OMG.

I use a high quality white cheddar to my stone ground grits. Awesome with shrimp and grits. You can just use the grit recipe part. Bobby Flay recipe on the way.
