Tell me about how you Grocery shop nowadays...

Do you shop online, and do the drive thru pickup?

Do you shop online and have your groceries delivered?

Or do you do it the old fashioned way and go into store and shop yourself?

Please tell me.....

Wrap it in aluminum foil, set it on 60 minutes, then go out for a while until it's done.

When you get past 30 mins, gotta take some extra precautions to keep things sizzling at optimum levels.

Make sure to add gun powder.

The microwave here does have a metal rack in it for preparing more than one item at a time. If I can figure out how to ground it like the rack is it may work. But maybe I just use the oven instead of going to all of the hassle of trying to become a microwave cooking expert

I always grocery shop with feet on the ground. I want to make sure what I'm buying is fresh and good quality. I have a HyVee, Price Chopper, Sprouts, Aldi and Walmart within five miles. I just make the grocery store loop. The Wednesday ads make a big difference on what I buy and where.

Get a slow cooker if you want it healthy, with good flavor and with little work.
my wifes ex would microwave lamb shanks apparently. mainly to stink up the house and to ensure no one else would want a shank for dinner.

one day ima gonna leave my foot under his wheel and then i can tool around the shops in one myself. then i will make it my life long mission to road rage with him in the fat people isles.

Huge microwave, fairly small bird.

It wasn’t as bad as it sounds, honestly.

On Saturdays I go into the office for a few hours and then spend the rest of the day doing tasks around the house like washing the cars, cleaning out the garage, pruning the landscaping, etc... By late Saturday afternoon I’m ready for some downtime and we usually find something fun to do (like drink at the neighbors and puke in their pool).

Anything I can do to reduce the time it takes for mundane tasks like grocery shopping, I take that opportunity. But according to you, I’m just lazy.

For you in this thread that can’t see our economy and life’s changing soon, google A.I. and automation. 30% of existing jobs are gone within 5 years. Some will find new jobs in A.I. But there are going to a lot of jobs lost.

What do you think that’s going to do to our society? No one knows for sure but it sure ain’t going to be what it was in 2018.

Can't tell you how much I treasure not cooking on a traditional stove or in a traditional microwave.

90% of my cooking these days occurs in one of 4 ways.

Induction cooktop
Flavorwave
Convection Microwave
Sous Vide

each in their own ways, properly applied, cleaves away the various shortcomings of the regular microwave and regular oven.
