Personal Perspective on Seahawks Player
Worth noting for those unfamiliar, that our defensive front, specifically Mr. Houston, should have a field day this week. The rookie RT out of Mizzou, Justin Britt, is from my home area and has struggled rather greatly as I suspected this year. He specifically has trouble in pass pro, which is not good going up against 50. At the same time, could totally see us pocketing Wilson and not rushing too much, but just an FYI, if we do come, the right side will be collapsing in a hurry.

We're already discussing this in two other threads, so I'll keep my comments short and sweet here.

Few things hamper a passrush better than an excellent run game. I expect that (a.) Russell Wilson may not attempt more than 15 passes Sunday, and (b.) the rungame will keep Pass Rush City so preoccupied it'll largely neuter the pressure on run downs.

It's also worth noting that the defense is exhausted from playing 70 snaps in Buffalo.

I believe in the team, but this game should be a loss.

Seahawks are gonna run 70% of the time so his pass protection problems won't be that big of a deal honestly. Even if he can get by Britt, Russell Wilson is amazing at evading defenders.

I should have clarified, I'm not necessarily expecting many sacks. I am however expecting the right side of the line to be wrecked, disrupting several plays.

I forgot about Britt being from your home area. I remember posts about it in the offseason. Sorry to hear he's struggling, hopefully he develops into a great NFL player. Just not this week.

The RT for the Bills was a rookie as well, against an inferior qb in Kyle Orton.

Houston got a few pressures, nothing more.

If Houston gets sacks, its going to be out of some sort of spy/contain on Wilson, similar to how Connor Barwin racked up 4 sacks against Cam Newton the other night.

They are in love with him but refuse to look at things for how they really are. I'm proud to have a guy make it from here, but he certainly hasn't played well thus far. Let's hope it lasts one more week.

I don't know which way he scrambles most, but the Chiefs typically don't rush Houston a ton against scrambling QBs. He typically just sets an edge to the offense's right, to make the Q scramble the other way.
They did that against Pryor last year a ton, and a little bit against the 49ers (if I'm remembering right) this year.
