Can anyone confirm whether or not you have to preorder to get access to the new character? Heard that from a friend, but not from anywhere else.

You have to preorder to get it FREE, otherwise it's $10.

Apparently only preorders from gamestop, best buy and amazon will get access to the premier club - which includes the dlc character.
