I can see Rainman's point. A chick wearing a baby doll blouse, capris, ankle socks, and Keds, with a dash of jewelry, like a hemp/bead necklace could be sexy, (at least that's what I would see as flattering).

Yes! Yes! That's a good look. It's not meant to be dressy or for going out on the town, but that's a very nice look for a Saturday afternoon chore-running, want-to-look-good-even-as-I'm-going-about-my-business kind of day.
