Top Video Game of all time...

I've been wanting to do this for a while now. Let's do a "Rainman type" poll or two.

Please suggest your ideas for the best game of all time. The news that we might finally get a new Red Dead Redemption game inspired me to do this.

In my opinion, RDR is probably it. However, that's not really fair. I absolutely love several other games but I don't know if I've ever played anything as much as RDR. Maybe Bloodborne or Witcher 3 but it's close.
I'll start us off with a few:

1. Red Dead Redemption
2. Witcher 3
3. Call of Duty; Modern Warfare (I did like the first 2)
4. Grand Theft Auto V
5. Bloodborne


There's a few to get us running. I'll give you guys a few days, maybe a week and we'll start voting.

VIII's storyline, character cast, setting and main villain were all weaker than both VII and X.

Just Cause 2 is better in that it doesn't have the graphical slowdowns and long loading times and the story is much more morally grey.

Sorry. Like it said, it sucks whether you know what's coming or not. Hell, it might be less annoying knowing so that you don't build up any hope that you'll actually find the kid and live happily ever after. And I never really cared all that much anyway. As a middle-aged man with no kids, it's not like I have much of a parental streak.

But the rest of the game has a shit ton to offer. And there are a ton of mods for it which really add to the experience. I'll shift back to it again at some point.

It was surprisingly fun.

Now that I think about it, I've loved all of the FF side games that I've played.

As much as I enjoyed the card game in VIII I actually liked blitz ball in X even better.

And I was addicted to breeding the fastest chocobo in VII. That one was a bit unfair to compare though because, IIRC, you needed to breed a certain color chocobo to get Knight of the Round summon.
