Looking for a good pair of gloves

Leaning on the CP brain trust here. Looking for a good pair of every day winter gloves. I have good work gloves and good winter work gloves, but I'm not fond of any of the every day gloves I have. I've worn some simple jersey gloves, and they blow ass. I've worn fleece lined leather gloves and they're meh. I've had various other ones and I just haven't found any that I really like.

I'd like them to be fairly low profile as I keep them in my coat pockets.

Dexterity needs to be good. Can't bind at the knuckles. I have arthritis.

Wind protection would be nice but not critical.

Breathability would be good.

Help out a hayseed. What kind of gloves do you like?
