Here's the same principal at work only at a much higher level of intensity

My rule is by height, kind of like getting to ride that tall tower thing at amusement parks.


Actually, these types of accidents happen on a regular but infrequent basis. I've actually read a nearly identical story several years ago, and then the same thing happened to an elderly lady in an airline bathroom once. These are not pleasant situations for anyone involved.
