I'll explain this to you one more time. At no time did we cheat the salary cap. At no time did we break a written rule. There was zero competitive advantage.

This is just a silly penalty for this. Tampering happens all the time. GTFO with that 3rd round pick and 6th round next year. Maclin was going to KC as soon as Philly let him hit the market.
