I know there are enough of us to participate in this thread, even when our seasons inevitably go to shit.

KSU vs Western Illinois today, tip-off at 3:00 pm.

One thing I noticed near the end of the game on Friday night - we had 5 true freshman on the court, and still played sound basketball. None of them were scrub walk-ons either. While I don't think we will make a serious run at anything this year, the foundation is being laid for a solid program in the future.

We're rocking the dunks, they're rocking the threes... I'm impressed with our inside game and our awareness on the quick look off passes that are leaving guys open under the hoop.

Also, I thought Sutton was gunna pull the hoop down on that last dunk. It looked like it was unstable lol.

I am still trying to get used to the new faces to where I can tell them apart down low.

I cant tell if its Kelly, Samuels, or Judge when a big has it. I've got JHR down tho.

Bramlage is empty. I guess thats what happen when the men play at the same time.

And can ya blame me? Who the eff watches women's basketball unless it happens to be tourney time while you're flipping channels?

In 2003 when I lived in Junction City I got free tickets for a women's game and it wasn't that empty. Of course they were ranked #3 in the country at the time.
