Yogurt should be milk and culture starter.
I've made probably 500 gallons of the stuff in the past year. Greek yogurt means its had the whey drained off it. That's it.

I have almost a cup or more of Greek Yogurt daily. I mix in Peanut Butter, Nutella, honey and some trail mix. That's packed with about 30 grams of protein when I make it.

I really like the yoplait Greek stuff at the moment, but before that I used to get the Noosa yogurt a lot. The Noosa is pretty good, but gets a little heavy at times. I'm pretty sure they use whole milk in it so I'm sure that's why.

Love it. We eat Greek Gods pretty much exclusively. Wife and I aren't doing much dairy right now, but our kids are doing their part to eat our share.

Yes, I do and I generally eat it with breakfast every day. I like key lime, clementine, strawberry and blueberry the most.

I grabbed the fat free Greek yogurt months ago by mistake for my work lunch. It was great. Now I grab whatever one is on sale. Chobani, Yoplait or Oikos. I keep a big tub of the plain Chobani in my fridge and use it as you would mayo or sour cream.
