Of course not. I'm saying that there's nothing rare about finding someone who can play both. All SS are competent at 2B. It may be rare to find someone who is competent at SS playing 2B, but that's because if you're good enough to play SS, you've probably playing SS (unless you're Alex Rodriguez...in which case, you're the best SS in the game but agree to play third so that a shitty defensive SS can stay there and be adored while everyone calls you selfish).
