Yeah, so I saw a lot of movies this weekend.

Elizabeth: The Golden Age - Mediocre, at best. Slow and dragged on. Shorten it to 2 hours and it's golden. It's not, so it fails.

Michael Clayton - Amazing. Everything about it is awesome. However, it's VERY complex and mind bending. You have to think, so be prepared. I still feel like I'm missing key details of exactly what happened. Gotta see it again.

Across the Universe - Perfect is one word that comes to mind. It just works. And, contrary to many people I bet, the movie is best viewed sober. Trust me.

What a turd this movie was. Particularly Orlando Bloom's performance. It was so flat and boring it reminded me of Keanu Reeves. Someone needs to inform these actors that there is a difference between steadfast and resolute, or even cold and calculated, compared to flat and boring.

I heard the theatrical version sucked but the directors cut is better

Much like Indy/Lucas, Clash of the Titans just took good childhood memories and raped them.

Saw "The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus" last night....really enjoyed it.

I put it somewhere between (on the Gilliam scale) "Baron Munchausen" and "Fisher King"....not too kiddie....and not too dark. Pretty good flick, with good performances - and of course, tremendous visuals.

Watched Pontypool last night...one of the weirdest ****ing movies I've ever seen.

Alright I guess, just bizarre as hell.
