Waffle taco fans, say goodbye to that one-handed wonder you used to love — it seems Taco Bell is ready for a new face for its breakfast initiative.

Enter the “biscuit taco.”

Taco Bell’s new biscuit taco, which will hit national menus Thursday, is described as a “warm, fluffy, buttery biscuit, folded in the shape of a taco.”

But that’s not all. The biscuit can be filled with a number of options, from bacon, egg and cheese to fried chicken with gravy or jalapeno honey.

“This year is about making sure we continue to give people the food they crave in a way that’s unique to Taco Bell,” Brian Niccol, CEO of Taco Bell Corp, said in a statement. “Our Biscuit Taco delivers just that; it will reinvent the fast food breakfast experience by moving away from boring, round sandwiches and inserting bold tastes and flavors. Ultimately, we aim to make the breakfast day-part as famous as our late night.”

The biscuit taco ranges from 369 calories to 471 calories depending on how decadent you want your morning meal.

The new menu item is priced at $2.49 before tax and will be available at all Kansas City locations that offer breakfast.

I kind of agree with that. But it's based on their cost and how long that chicken had been under the lamp. It dries out quickly under the lamp. I make them cook to order otherwise I can't justify the cost. I'll give it a shot and hopefully love it. Me and bug are going to toast with those instead of booze I think. Haha!

Crunchwrap:

A warm flour tortilla with a golden crispy potato hash brown, fluffy scrambled eggs, a delicious sausage patty, real cheddar cheese and warm country gravy, wrapped up and grilled to go.

No. The crunch wrap had this jalapeño cheese sauce. Definitely not country gravy. That was the kicker for me. I love that cheese sauce but I like me some country gravy too.

I think the Garden City Taco Bell screwed up my order.........Still tasted fantastic, though.
