The NFL doesn't have a targeting rule yet, does it? Players can get ejected for 2 personal fouls but not for a late hit as far as I know.

Yeah rather agree. He looked like he was intent on punishing Flacco for daring to push for that extra yard or two. QBs making it hard for defenders. Flags and protection so leans their way... for the most part.

The NFL also needs to change the rule so those types of plays can be reviewed like the NBA does
