I think the biggest issue is the Bucs never made a big investment at QB (iirc) until he was gone. Was it his fault? I'm not sure.

He did the same thing in Tampa as he did in Oakland: Recommend Bruce Allen and create another version of the "Over The Hill Gang".

It took the Raiders 14 years to recover and the Bucs haven't been in the playoffs since a 2007 WC loss to the Giants.

They lost in the WC round in 2005, too.

Gruden sucks.

I also think we will really find out what the raiders are. playing a 3/4th place schedule. Did they beat anyone with a winning record?
