I'm depressed
So, I'm not really happy...on the surface things seem great, I have a decent job, Chiefs are kicking ass, I have a nice crib in the country, a couple cars, play some music on the weekends...

But I'm absolutely depressed. I miss my daughter, I miss my ex-girlfriend, Brittney...

I want to move to NY, but I have to wait for my job.

So, it seems like I'm stuck here, at least for a bit...

Not much is bringing me pleasure, I was so depressed today at work...I get weird thoughts, not like I want to hurt myself, but just...musings on the pointlessness of going to work every single day, just to pay to exist, just to really pay for the kid that I never see...

I'm actually pretty damn lonely, even in a roomful of people.

It sucks.

I should/need to talk with other people.
I've seen so much death, circumstances that I should realize I have a problem.
After the PDX airport accident, my operator and I turned into hard core alcoholics. Besides the raising gang that died that day, the entire crew has died or been killed.
I'm the only one left and I'm jacked up!

Almost like we were on sacred ground or something?

Tbh, I feel my 2 strokes and 5 days in a coma back in '16 changed my brain?

I have bipolar tendencies and my GF says I'm bipolar but i haven't been diagnosed as bipolar they don't like to diagnose people with such things much because of insurance reasons. I think i have a lot of disorders and ironically i work in a state mental hospital with all kinds of people with disorders and then I have to look at myself and I should or could easily be a patient but I work well with the patients and I think its because I relate and understand the battles in the human mind.

Imo, he's the best ball tracker I've ever seen!

He used his speed to get open.

Now its gonna take occasional routes to get open or PMII scrambling?

Altho, most contested balls, fuggit about it. If he couldn't bring them down on his own, he wasn't catching them.

DSM-5 has very specific criteria for what constitutes bipolar, in fact there's bipolar I and bipolar II.

I have depression and anxiety and for me, it was difficult to open this topic up to my parents because the last time I tried my mom said "Why are you depressed? What's there to be depressed about? Your life is so good.". I remember telling my therapist "I am tired of everything, but I don't know what everything is. I have read here about some new methods to deal with depression.

You really should check out this movie it touches on a lot of things you are experiencing. I suggest it to anyone with any kind of issues.




I watched it on a behavior health unit after a mental breakdown.
