However, it's funny that the satire invokes the term "garbage talent"...because that's exactly what the A's are - and the post season always bears that out. Process or no, the A's have run out scrubs that have miracle years constantly. Jesse freakin' Chavez is terrible...but he's Cy Chavez with the A's. Incredible.

A's wised up this year and grabbed some real talent in Lester and Peavey (ed. correction...Samardzija...the Giants series is still on my mind). Should go better for them in the post-season as a result.
