Cook's Illustrated had a mayonnaise taste test that was won by Blue Plate Mayonnaise. The use egg yolks only (instead of whole eggs). It's only available in the South. Have either of you guys tried it? Is it that much better than Hellmann's?

I looked on their website and see it's now available in the Blue Springs Walmart. I'm out that way occasionally and would stop by to pick some up if it's worth it.

My wife swears by it. She's from Mississippi and she buys a gallon jug whenever she's down there and brings back. It's actually pretty good.
