Dude had all of the physical skills that you could possibly need to be an elite CB in this league.

Unfortunately he lacked everything else. Dude was just too immature and undisciplined to ever cut it as a starter in this league. Gilbert doesn't have those goods to make up for his crappy attitude and lazy approach to the game.
