I just love reading that stuff. There used to be a very detailed and amazing blog on all the hidden meaning and symbols for that old HBO show, John from Cincinnati. I'd read them and feel totally mind ****ed and incredibly stupid because this guys frame of reference for shit and recognizing it was truly humbling. That show was probably over about all but .01% of the population's head- same creator of Deadwood, and certified super genius!

Good call, that's exactly what came to mind when I saw it.

The dung beetle I had not thought of, but the way it is shot and Walt's movements does have a very similar feel if you've even seen one on one of those nature shows.

Regarding the photos---match on action is one of the most used transitional cinematographic techniques. The adroitness in this case is the time lapse between these matches.

At this point, Walt probably doesn't even think Jesse is alive. He assumes Uncle Jack will take care of that, so I doubt Walt is going to set out to kill Jesse. I think Walt will go after Jack and his gang for stealing his money and will probably encounter Jesse.
