I understand where he's coming from. As a Chiefs fan you come to expect them to do shit like that. But chiefs rumors this offseason have been all over the damn place. I don't think anyone has a clue as to what the FO is actually going to do at this point.

Drafting Geno comes down to one person mother****ing Branden Albert. He can either set this franchise back for 10+ years or lift our spirits and us fans actually have faith in our franchise. I pray to god Branden Albert is back. He is our savior right now.

It comes down to Reid and Dorsey. Albert deserves to get a fair contract and if the Chiefs fail to do it, it's on them. Id they fail to sign either him or Bowe long-term and have to pick and choose on one, than they're gonna look ****ing dumb.

They Could believe that Geno is the guy but needs a year or two. Alex Smith would be a serviceable starter until Geno is ready. Teams are realizing how important depth at quarterback is and are willing to overpay to have 2 quality players. Washington and Seattle come to mind.

Clark right after hiring Andy hinted that they'd be looking at adding more than one quarterback. Considering both Green Bay and Philly have stockpiled qb talent before, it wouldn't surprise me if they were to do so this season in KC
