I just visited CO last week, returned back through KS then to Oklahoma. Didn't have anything on me but if I had nobody was going to know about it.

Smoked weed when I was a whole lot younger. Personally I always preferred alcohol though.

40 minutes per week.

It doesn't sound like much unless you time it, then say "whoa". None of those people use or drink, etc. or they wouldn't be able to meet the insane deadlines. I'm not working under those conditions (yet) but I'm still cranking two minutes per day, minus all of the edits necessary.

I can't even imagine being under the influence of anything while working.
40 mins sounds quite significant to me, especially in a field that can be extremely hit or miss. Shit, I would venture to say (in my humble, uneducated opinion) a typical album averages around 40 mins, so **** that; that is insane.

What is the music for, if I may ask?

The last show I booked in KC before I moved last year was a touring 2 piece punk band and a 4 piece metal band. They played in Denver the night before and rolled up to the venue like 28 Days Later zombies. High AF. I certainly wouldn't advocate driving it into Kansas, but if a rapey looking conversion van billowing smoke down I-70 with a bunch of crusty dudes from New Jersey and Boston with out of state plates didn't blip anyone's radar, I'm not sure what would.

Nope. I've never really had the urge or been tempted either. I've been around it plenty but it was always easy to say no. With that being said, I'm not even really against people using it (although I do find potheads to be quit insufferable). I'll take a pothead over a drunk any day of the week though.

our routine on most Saturday nights was to go to my brother's house and order food, usually pizza, smoke a few bowls, and watch American Gladiators.
lol. no shit.

the one night, a new show popped on the TV after American Gladiators. It looked somewhat familiar in our stoned state.....after quite a while, we realized it was a new show with Hasselhoff where he fought crime after a hard day of lifeguardin' at the beach. This show called Baywatch Nights. and it was horrendously bad, but hilarious all at the same time.

good times smokin' the MJ back in the day.

Just don't get off the interstate when you see the flashing lights and the signs about drug checkpoints ahead.

I'd be interested to know if they've ever actually set up a checkpoint on the interstate. I doubt it, but who knows.

As a pilot, I can't. I have know quite a few people that smoke J, too.

This will sound weird, but I have never taken drugs before. I even turned down painkillers when I had a 3 day hospital stay due to my stupidity in my younger years.

Alcohol, on the other hand...........

Another thing that might be strange for some of you is that I didn't even see any drugs until I was in college. I grew up in a small town, and I didn't even know a single kid that smoked cigarettes. We weren't saints, we drank beer and liquor instead.

When I told my friends in college about this, they were shocked. It was like I was from an alien planet.

I tried it once when I was 17 and that's it. I had already been drinking so I don't remember it having much affect on me. I do remember my best friend and his older brother laughing at me for making/eating scrambled eggs at 2am.
