Really? is that what I have to look forward to?

I'm 42, I thought you were in your mid 50"s?

Anyway, you look great for your age.

There's this perception that I am older than I actually am, in part, because I have some vivid memories of football as a very young boy, and in part because of my taste in music.

Oh, also because I'm a cranky bastard.

But the fact is, I am not yet 50.

And a miserable bastard too, don't forget about that group.

I hear you, I was 3 years old the last time my team won the superbowl.

Miserable bastards is the only group I've joined.

I really haven't a clue what the point of those groups are, and the "friends" thing is.

Thankfully I was 11 when the Chiefs won.

I also remember your team's win very well.

Heh, there's a cranky bastards group too. I think Bob Dole started that one.

The groups and friends stuff comes with the software upgrade. almost every board has it now.

11 is still too young. it kind of like spoils you at that age. the only thing I remember about SBIII is the replays on NFL network, and on the old NFL films shows.

Hopefully we will see both teams win another super bowl in our life time.

I know that, but that doesn't answer the question.

What's the ****ing point.

Oh, and am I being cranky or miserable with that question?

I don't know that I was spoiled, because we had a tough road to the SB going to NY and Oakland in order to get into that SB, and then there was the concern about Lenny Dawson's relationship to Donald dawson.

I knew then that it would take some outstanding effort to get to and win the SB, and I knew that it wasn't something I could hope for every year.

What I didn't know was that it was something I couldn't hope for every century.

It always takes a few years to really gauge how well a class turns out, but 2006 was obviously a pretty weak class with a few notable standouts.
