plaxico burris did good in a superbowl, but he didn't have a gm/owner that was considered a nfl legend.

Roger should suspend Talib. He doesn't needs him to be up on charges to do it. He had a gun in public and it went off. That is all he needs and he sure as hell won't be challenged in court.

I dunno why DPD wouldn't file charges... drunk, carrying, public place and firing a gun (shooting himself). Maybe since they can't prove it in a court of law, they cut their losses and walk?

Either way, I'm expecting a 4-6 game suspension... by week 7 or 8. If Goodell doesn't suspend him, then I think he catches all types of hell for incredible inconsistency.
