I'm really enjoying this. I wish it was on at 8 Central instead of 9, since it's like an hour and 20 minutes and my old ass turns into a pumpkin by 10, but it's been worth it. Looking forward to the finale.

Don't feel bad. I have to wait until 10 PM on the East Coast.

So my first reaction to the ending was "Man, that's way too tidy for a Le Carre novel...."
So I looked up the ending to the Le Carre novel. Yeah - not the same. Not really even all that similar. And suddenly it made a lot more sense.

Interesting. I had a similar sense about the ending. I'll have to look that up too.

Watched the series a couple of months ago and really really enjoyed it.
I'm intrigued to see where they go with things now that it's pretty much a lock at doing another 1 or 2 mini-series with Tom reprising the Pine role.

Hmm. I presumed one and done. If the same production staff and actors came back for another round that would be great.

Multiple people have told me I look like this Tom Hiddleson guy. I don't find that quite endearing since he plays Loki in Thor. I like it better when they say I look like Ben McKenzie, which has also been multiple times, even though the two don't really look alike.

Hiddleston was good, but I found scenes that he was carrying to be interesting but not really captivating. To me it was Roeper that was most compelling by far. And even friggen Corky was great. I think it should stick at a one and done. Especially since he's likely to get the Bond gig.
