He was playing against Duke.
He floats balls a lot as well. I don't think he throws a very good long ball or balls going across the field. His defense has been superb this season and he's worked with a short field a ton. Played with very little pressure on him because of it. But I don't like when he's forced to make a play. He plays skittish. He's Ben Raperberger without the instincts (right now), and would be a project at the next level. |

They are all projects when attempting to adjust to the level of the NFL.
However, some are more than others. Guys like Geno and Barkley look to have the least adjustment based on their accuracy and feel and repetitions in a passing attack offense. Guys like Manuel and Thomas will have a bigger adjustment because of their lower reps in a passing offense versus controlling a game with their size and legs. We need a guy to step in and be the man. I've got a better feeling about that man being a guy like Geno versus Manuel. |
