Pillow suggestions?
I've noticed more neck tightness lately. I generally sleep on my side or my stomach.

Does anybody have pillow suggestions?

Learn to self massage that neck. Lots of You Tubes on how to do that. I can get it from hunching over my work too long. If you do that, massages are great.

They are very heavy but very comfortable. They stay cool and support your neck/head like no other...I have a bad back and horrible insomnia, Ive tried them all.
