Try to find these (also in "Southern") - both are quite excellent.

Teriyaki Stir Fry from Muscle Maker Grill in Olathe is fantastic. Simple, but fantastic and healthy. How healthy is this diet? Am I going to get super diabeteses?

MONDAY
$17 Teriyaki Salmon from Master Wok
$2 Bang Energy Drink
$2 Perfect bar
$1 Cashews
Pork chops & rice - don't know cost, GF makes it for me.

TUESDAY
$6 Chipolte (3pointer - just chicken & brown rice)
$2 Bang Energy Drink
$1.50 Kind Almond Chocolate Bar
$2 Perfect Bar
$1 Cashews
$0.50 Apple

WEDNESDAY
$12 Grilled chicken southwest sandwich & guac - Twisted Fresh w/ Apple
$4 Two Bai drinks
$2 Perfect Bar
$1.50 Kind Almond bar
$3 Rolo McFlurry (**** you)
Flat bread sandwiches w/ Turkey - don't know price

THURSDAY
$7 Chipolte (3-pointer - just chicken & brown rice)
$2 Starbucks bottled Vanilla Frappaccino
$1.50 Dave's Killer good seed bread/toast & almond butter

FRIDAY
$2 Bang Energy Drink
$13 Teriyaki Stir Fry - Muscle Maker Grill
$50 Steak & Taters

SATURDAY
$2 Perfect Bar
$2 Bang Energy Drink
$2 Perfect Bar
$1 Cashews
$40 K-Macho's Chicken Fajita & chips

SUNDAY
$4 Two Bais
$2 Perfect Bar
$1 Cashews
$1 Dave's Good Seed breed (5g fiber) w/ Almond Butter.
Dinner - something generally unhealthy the GF cooks for me.

So it looks like I spend at least $190 a week on food. I'm sure there are things I'm missing too. The weekend meals are probably under estimated, cuz I pick up the tab for me and my GF and she cooks for me in the week.

Not the best choices but doesn't really look like a ton of calories to me. Way too much money being spent on eating but some guys just don't like to cook or pack lunches, which is fine. Are you a normal weight?

Price is a poor way to judge the quality of food.
