well fast food isn't easy work, its a bullshit menial labor i would imagine.. of course do not need a phd education to be an entry level employee.. but perhaps benefits could be looked at rather than raise the min. wage.

I agree, its just work and more so the lack of prestige and b.s customer service one encounters prob makes it worse than it actually is. Not sure how professional the mangers are.. I know there are some that seemed quite balanced toward their employees
