Minor n00b policy change
This almost isn't threadworthy, but just FYI, we're giving n00bs a tiny bit more power. N00bs can now have avatars, and they'll be given full privs at 25 posts as long as they've got at least SOME positive rep. It used to take 100 posts and quite a bit more positive rep.

They're still restricted from starting threads, sending PM's, and posting images since those are the kinds of things that spammers like to do. We're also keeping the chat restriction on since we don't want some troll signing up and spamming the chat room during a game, but any legit user is always welcome to ask a mod to manually intervene.

So if you notice a new user, don't be surprised if they get full access sooner than you'd expect. We'll monitor this and make further adjustments down the road if it becomes a problem, but we want to make it easier for new users to jump in and be involved (as long as it doesn't become obnoxious).

Oh I agree. Just paid off to have known alot of the assholes around here from the Star days prior to going to the Coalition and then here. But aside from people knowing who you are and that you'd be a decent asshole, I think these rules are necessary.
