Is Taylor Swift a Distraction?

Just curious what everyone thinks...

that idiot Skip Bayless seems to think so.

No.

The dude is 34. And a TE.

And he's taken a ****ing mountain of hits since Schwartz and Fisher aged out, because our tackle won't hold up.

And he's played a metric ****asston of extra games over the last 5 years. Not to mention he doesn't take veteran days off, our TCs are harder, and the dude plays hard. That's a boatload of mileage on old legs in 5 years.

Now this next one is a hard one. Now stay with me. I know this is a complex issue that is incomprehensible for a lot of people: Winning is hard. Winning consistently is expoentially harder. That's why no one does it.

Fact is there is a mental side of this too, and the guys aren't robots. ****, Brady is just about a robot and he didn't do it. Even with the cheating and FAR better ref treatment that Mahomes and Co get.

Winning is hard kids. We went 50 years between super bowls, and 25 without winning a playoff game. Take a step back, enjoy the success, because it can go away. Chill the **** out, because winning is hard. That's why it feels so good when it happens.

She would be for me however I'm fairly confident that Mr. Kelce is in control of the situation.

Kelce was getting into a lot of fights in training camp. Pre Taylor swift. Very uncharacteristic of him.

There were probably warning signs. Seems like a dude who is frustrated knowing his body can’t do entirely what it used to. And that seems to be the main frustration week by week. That look on his face is what we saw in games like tennessee and NE after getting chipped and battered all game long. Now it’s happening early in games.

Less than you think. Taylor is 1.1B. Scott Swift is .5 Biliion

Clark is 2.2. Hunt Family is 15.5

Just round numbers, Clark is about a Scott Swift difference between Taylor/Scott and Clark. All the Hunts (let's not pretend they're one unit) is 10x the Swifts.

That may seem like a lot, but compared to the average 60 year old fan with $1M in his 401K, The Hunts are 15,500X the fan in question.

Swift isn't the Hunts, but she's no peasant.

He's even mentioned all the surgeries on New Heights this season and don't believe he's ever talked about that before... and has mentioned playing through injuries this year, too.

Why is the dad of Swift worth $500 million? Does he own something of her? Was he a investor in Wall street or something?

My understanding is all the Hunts have a stake in the team, but Clark is the one running the operation. I could be wrong there.

Not even Kelce can stop father time from marching on. Think of the hits, chips etc. he takes every game. Then the last 5 years, he's played a lot of extra intense games.

That's my understanding as well, I just threw Clark in there because he's the one we always talk about.

I think when Lamar died he left an equal share of the Chiefs to each of his kids. Already had a deal in place that Clark would run things and function as owner. The other siblings just cash the checks from being born to a great man.
