NFL Draft McShay has Chiefs taking QB Trubisky

I'd be pretty excited about the Chiefs actually drafting a QB in the first, especially since they can afford to let him sit for a season or two before throwing them into the fire. If they hit, great. If they don't, at least it wasn't a top 5 pick.

Anyone know enough about Trubisky to say whether he would be a good choice?

Pretty dumb that he has NO QBs going in the 1st round until we take one. There will be at least 3-4 that go before we even get a chance to pick.

Did he put that out before Kizer declared?

There is a zero percent chance that Kizer isn't at least a top 10 guy, IMO.

Quite a few under throws in that highlight reel. Haven't watched him enough to have an opinion, but I still have plenty of time to look at QBs that we won't take.

Trade down? He'll go in the Top Ten, easily.

Plus, Ryan Tannehill was drafted #8 overall with only 13 college starts (including a bowl game), so it's not exactly unusual.
