It appears that we have a variety of tastes, but can we all agree that cheese is always good on a burger? To me, it almost doesn't even matter what kind of cheese. You just can't beat nice melted cheese on a burger.

1/3 lb. -1/2 lb. patty, toasted potato bun, bacon, sharp cheddar slice, tomato, red onion, lots of pickles, mayonnaise and spicy mustard.
That's how I roll at home when I go all out. I usually go for blue cheese on a burger if I am eating out. Not at home. |
