Peacock exclusive playoff game is stupid

Bad move by the league. Quit being greedy and keeping your customers from watching your product.

Surely they wont put Mahomes in that game but who knows.

NBC got to play their regular programming.
Football Night followed by Deal or no Deal.

I don't see them being all sad.

There's a noticeable difference between the quality of Streameast vs 720pstream. Especially on a big screen. That's why 720pstream is my go-to. Streameast has a higher-quality version, but you have to register, and I don't use it enough to have gone to the trouble. Probably have to pay extra.

Sapphire TV is what a couple of my friends swear by. You literally get EVERYTHING (All sports including all the regional channels, all movie channels, 150 porn channels, all network and cable channels, everything), and for a ridiculous price. My issue with it is it doesn't have DVR, and I don't watch much live except for NFL because I hate commercials. I actually watched the Chiefs/Phins game at a buddy's house on Sapphire. 4k HD quality. $20/mo or a whole year for $70.

Had this game not involved the Chiefs, how many of us would have paid to watch it? Damned few, I'd imagine.

Depends on the specific game. IDGAF about the Eagles and Bucs, but I would have paid for the AFC games and maybe Lions/Rams.

If the swifty bump is real, and I think it is, the numbers for kc/buffalo are gonna make these ratings look like tee ball.

I would have just waited for an hour and watched the highlights for free. That's what I did for the Chiefs games I missed without Sunday Ticket. The main thing I missed was posting the Tom Cruise pic in the game threads. And considering that we played like shit during most of them, I didn't miss much.

They have their own fan bases.
Many of whom spend a lot more money than this one. 😁

I have morals. I'm not giving "the peacock network" -- which is ran by some of the worst humans on earth -- $$ to watch an NFL playoff game. That was one of the lowest forms of price gouging since the WellsFargo "unauthorized" cash withdrawls. NFL cheated and scammed gullible fans. Many of which (poor hapless grandma's) are going to get money sucked out of their accounts for years to come after they forget to cancel the subscription.

Exactly. I'd think that the Dallas/Green Bay game would have drawn more subscribers.

Lol I know them. I wouldn't call them the worst humans on earth.

It's their job to generate money. It's also not your birthright to watch sports for free.
