Yeah, I have the same problem. Mine peaks at 90 and I usually have to unplug it and plug it back in to get up to 98. I don't get why it does that at all. the light is green.

the EVO does the same thing. Allegedly it is a new common practice to avoid overcharging devices and cause problems.

I believe it stops charging as soon as the light turns green anyway doesn't it?

Don't worry about it. It's much better for the battery in the long run if you never charge it to 100%. And those last few percentages won't really make any difference in the usability time anyway.
