It's a lack of execution on the part of the players (at least in the Staten game and here), not anything that Self is or isn't doing. This game was irrelevant anyway, though.

Self isn't doing anything different on any of these defensive plays. The difference is the players on the floor (on both teams). Not sure how you haven't been clued into that already.

I know self isn't doing anything different. He's doing the same stupid shit over and over. Fortunately WVU shot the 3 Tue Nite and missed. Just like Murray State did with 4 seconds vs Belmont who made them take a three to win.

Just got back. Last play of regulation I just kept praying we'd back up and make them shoot the three without letting them drive. We did, he missed, we got to OT. Lesson learned from Morgantown. Excellent coaching by Self.

I have several issues with Self (he should have adjusted this team's offensive scheme to become more perimeter-oriented when he saw his normal offense wouldn't work with the personnel, but it's too late now), but what you are blindly complaining about certainly isn't one of them.
