How would you value Gronk? - Page 2

I'm 1-2 and have Kelce on my bench. I'm getting heavy interest in Gronk right now and would like to get a solid-good WR2 and a possible RB3 for him.

I rejected Mike Wallace and DMC for him already.

A guy texted me that he'd be interested in either trading Edelman/Bush for Gronk and a filler RB or Jordy Nelson for Gronk if I could include a RB with him.

I'm torn on his value right now. He's going to have a monster game before long, but Reggie Wayne as my WR2 and Miles Austin as my WR3 just isn't cutting it right now. Dez is my 1.

Is the Edelman/Bush (I'm not thrilled with Reggie) good enough for Gronk/Gerhart (I'd just like to dump him at this point)?

I'm leaning toward yes, but wanted to solicit some opinions.

Thanks guys for that.

I'm going to push for Edelman and Bush. Not a fan of Bush, but when you're starting Fred Jackson and Trent Richardson, you take what you can get.

Im surprised the guy would give up Bush. That would leave him with Lynch and a pile of garbage. Hope he hits gold on the waiver wire.

Starting FJax isnt that bad, but TRich? Hope you hit gold on the WW too. Bush would be a solid, albeit up and down, option for RB2.

But in full point PPR there is no need for a RB in the flex.

Yeah, I'm stumped why he wants Gronk to be honest. He has Martellus Bennett. And he'd be starting Jordy, Sanu and Allen Robinson as his starting WRs. Unless he can move Bennett, which I doubt.

We don't have a flex spot in the starting lineup, it's 3 WRs.

In a 14 team league, that's mighty hairy for some.

Pure 3 WR leagues bump the value of a WR. And with full PPR and Bennett as his TE, Im even more surprised he would give up Edelman. Getting Bush would be a steal.

Didn't materialize. He said he wants to revisit it this week. If Gronk blows up, value will change.

Traded Gronk and Miles Austin for Alshon Jeffrey, Antonio Gates and DMC. Kelce is my new starter and DMc is my 6th RB

Traded Gronk and Eric Decker for Brandon Marshall in another.

Yeah I'm jumping off the Gronk wagon at the first few stops.

Getting the stud in a trade is always a good move. Unless they get injured.

I'd absolutely trade him for Floyd. I tried to get Floyd, but the other owner is just a pain to deal with.

Downside right now is that you're really trading Gronk on the low value end. Floyd is fine value, but if he blows up, he could be worth much more.

However, his injury history doesn't afford the luxury to wait.
