I'm a huge fan and have been since I was a kid.
I didn't see this one coming. It's one thing when a guy is 90 years old, or has been in and out of the hospital, diagnosed with cancer... all kinds of things that signal the coming end. I didn't see it coming. FWIW, Running down a dream is an amazing documentary about his career that every fan should watch. Tom Petty did things on his terms, and it's actually incredible how he was able to do that. Inspirational. |
