Ubisoft will not be giving any reviewers pre-release versions of The Crew to review.
This means the game is shit and they dont want that press out there before it launches. I would wait and see. edit: Oh, if you are talking about your free game, meh, why not. |

i bit on the frys bundle. That TrU was only the 8 GB system. This was the 32 with nintendoland, Mario 3D, Smash, and Tropical Freeze for $350. I plan to drop by walmart to grab Mario Kart for $35.

Game Review - Farcry 4 - PS4
I'm going to go ahead and preface this with the following, I have never been a fan of the Farcry series. I played 2 for about four hours and didn't like it at all. So, I came into this with a poor attitude. I was fairly certain that since it was another Ubisoft title, I would be playing another mediocre game, at best.
I got the game home, fired it up and was immediately expecting a bunch of "Pay-Go" bullshit like we get nowadays. "Unlock this area with a membership" type of crap. I did get some extras since I preordered, which was nice but nothing you would miss, really. Anyway, here you go. You're playing as Ajay Gahle, a young man that is just arriving in the country of Kyrat, (It's basically Tibet) during a huge civil war. You're there to spread your mother's ashes in her homeland and of course, you find out you're a person of importance. Your parents were freedom fighters and your mom fled to the U.S. and took you with her to escape tyranny. You find yourself as the guest of the Kyraty king, Pegan who you're mother knew well. He's a flamboyant metrosexual that is an exceedingly violent dictator. (Caligula anyone?) You escape his palace and get caught up in the cause of the militia group, The Golden Path. You end up fighting and making decisions that steer the revolutionaries in a certain way because there are two leaders vying for the head seat once they overthrow the current government. I'm not going to go into storyline details because I just beat it by staying on one certain path, you choose which way to go. The game has the largest map I've ever seen, honestly. Luckily there are fast travel waypoints, but you may choose to take a vehicle anyway since the scenery is about the most beautiful I've seen. It's truly next gen. You can fly a one-man chopper, drive a dune buggy, a pickup with a turret, a hang-glider, a four wheeler or several other vehicles, (an elephant maybe?). Up to you to decide. There are probable 100+ side missions to get into as well which is awesome. I've done about 30 so far. You clear outposts, take down propaganda, get high on acid and chase critters, go hunting for Tigers and Rhinos. Whatever you feel. The game truly makes it difficult on you to stay on path sometimes. The upgrade system is good. A wide variety of weapons, skills, equipment, etc. I could just go on and on but you should check out gameplay vids and maybe their website for details. The multiplayer: It's not something that's really necessary to be honest. You can team up with one other person online to pass certain missions but it's totally up to you. There are several ways to play this game and I've yet to find them all. I can say this, the storyline is very entertaining. You will die a lot until you start upgrading yourself. The game can be damned frustrating at times but worth the effort. Like I mentioned, this game has several different paths for you to choose from. This makes the replayability very high. I've been glued to it whenever possible. The main story should take you about 30 hours to complete since there's so much you have to do to prepare for each level. The game is set up almost like a theatrical play where you have three acts and about ten/twelve levels per. All in all, the game is very entertaining, aesthetically pleasing and just a lot of fun. You'll get past some of the repetitive fighting once you unlock skills. I'm kinda calling this one, Grand Theft Auto - Tibet. It reminds me a little of GTA. I'm scoring it a solid 9.2... An eventual must own. |

I've played about 6 hours of CoD advanced warfare and I am frustrated. I think it sucks. The movement seems different from past games and the Exo gimmick doesn't benefit me at all.
Just seems like constantly dudes come out of nowhere and melee me or one-shot me. It's cod with halo jumping. And the weapons suck so far Maps have no flow. Ass |
