I'm not going to spike the football on this one. It's unfortunate that Hernandez couldn't figure out a way to use his predicament as a tool that might help someone else choose a better path than he chose. Maybe he was just incapable of that kind of self-evaluation and repentance.

Absolutely no chance he took his own life. Chico was not a saint, but my family and I loved him and he would never take his own life.



So, first, "not a saint" is one way to describe a ****ing murderer.

Second, there will be video of the cell block tier so it will be easy to see if anyone entered Hernandez's cell (he was in the cell alone, and by all reports had tried to block the door to delay/prevent any "rescue").

And despite all this, this ****ing idiot comes Tweeting in and is like "oh, hey, definitely MURDERED." What the actual ****? He could've said "I'm very shocked and surprised that he might have chosen to take his own life", but no, not even that. "Absolutely no chance he took his own life."

Yeah, cuz you, Mr. Former Agent, really know what his situation was like, how bleak life on the inside was, how he would never hold his babymama or daughter again, etc. etc. JFC.

Kind of weird. He had a legit shot at getting out after he was acquitted for the other case. The motivation of the first case was that he was scared Odin Loyd was going to tell on him. So in in a way, things were looking up for him.

I can't help but speculate...

He was really innocent and just wore down over the past year, especially since he knew his teammates were going to DC?

He was guilty and saw that he had a path to freedom after the acquittal and felt really bad?

Someone else made it look like he hung himself?
