This one is on Reid

Why the hell does he continue to go pass happy when they are within the 10 yard line? Just run the frigging ball.

The play calling in the first half was atrocious.

Not sure what Smith can do or what Reid is going to do to shuffle the deck chairs... You can't build a doghouse without any nails. The offensive line is mediocre at best and Smith has about 1.5 weapons anybody has to worry about

This.

I'm concerned with Mauga. That 90 yard run was because he was way out of position. DJ would have hit that hole and would have never missed that tackle. Mauga seems like hes afraid to hit the hole that the RB is coming out of. He did it a few times last week against Seattle; plays that should have gone for negative yards became 5-10 yard runs. Hes done it every game. He is a big reason why our run D is bad.

This was just the raiders night. The bounces went their way. After a bad first half (due to questionable play calling mixed with a shitload of rain), I thought the Chiefs played much better offensively and defensively. They shouldn't have given up that long run though. Thats what sealed their fate. They dug themselves a huge hole early and couldn't get out of it. Then the raiders went on a monstrous 7+ minute drive in the 4th...that didn't help us.

I thought Alex Smith played superb after the half (incidentally around the time that the rain stopped). He hit 10 straight passes and looked very sharp. Charles played great. But in the end, the hole was just too deep for us to get out of.

I'm not really discouraged by this game. It sucks we lost (and to the raiders no less). But we still have 5 games left that are all winnable. And after the rain stopped, the offense came alive. We had a lot of mistakes this game, and thats why we lost. You don't give up 90 yard runs, completely shit your pants on offense for an entire half, and win games in the NFL. I'm surprised we came back and nearly won after the first half.

Good game by the raiders. We almost had them.

Isn't it funny that every time we lose, there is a thread about Reid being the main person to blame?

Because he is an inconsistent mother****er.

KC did drop a pick six...that would have sealed it. Those are the plays that define a championship defense.

Chiefs looked tired...especially on that last drive.

Giving up a 90 yard rushing TD against the worst rushing team in the league
Giving up our first rushint TD of the season against the worst rushing team in the league
Having to settle for 2 FG's when you should be able to convert to TD's.

It's the Chiefs. ****, I should be used to this by now. It's like that hot chick in high school that gave great hand jobs but never let you in the honey hole.

I'm going to bed.

We should pretty much shut down CP for the night. This is perfect.
