We won the game.. That's the goal every time any team plays on Sunday. The goal isn't to get nice stats and lose but hey if how many yds we got on offense is all you care about more power to you.
What gives you the best chance to win the game? Moving the ball and scoring. It's not rocket science here.

They should have just called it a neck sprain and there wouldn't be much argument.

I still don't think Foles was brought in here to just be a backup. Andy wanted him before he wanted Alex.

I thank Andy wanted him to be Alex's successor

Might want to check out what Peyton's stats were last year in the regular season and playoffs. Did they still win the SB?

I have full confidence in Reid to make the right decision at QB. He knows more about QBs than anyone posting on this board. If Foles is the better QB he will see that and start him. If he isn't, he won't. It's that simple.

So I am not going to worry about who is starting at QB. If you want to go head...

And let me be clear and say that I would love for Foles to tear it up and become the next great KC QB I just don't think he is better than Alex. That's my opinion. I bet half of you acting like he is great have barely even seen him play prior to Sunday.

Hopefully Foles proves me wrong. We will see.

Roethlisberger's stats in week 4 sure helped Pitt beat KC.

An injury settlement would be a convenient way for the Chiefs to save oodles of cash on Alex's fat contract at this point.

Foles has a history of being very up and down. He could put up 4 TD's and 400 yards and I'd still want Smith to return. It's not time to replace a QB that is 15-2 in his last 17 starts. The Niners drank the short term success koolaid as well. Would you like to have their situation? I'm sorry, but you can't just go replacing the stability of a winning formula for an unknown like this.
