Possibly getting married, what do I need to know about a prenup
No kids, only have cat, but have multiple properties and liquid assets. Plan on filing separately even if get married. What do I need to know?

I wish it were that easy. Our wedding would likely be something very small and inexpensive. Her parents are boggled in debt too even though her dad is an attorney (long story) so they wouldnt pay for it, nor would I expect them to. Probably just a wedding in Vegas with Elvis ha.

I got married in Vegas. It cost me about 200 dollars to do it, but you can do it cheaper than that.

A well written prenup is enforceable in many states. Have a good lawyer write it.
My business attorney insisted I have one even though I was marrying my "soul mate". 20 years latter, it saved my ass.
