Since I hate Mizzouche I'm glad they didn't hire a young hungry guy with an exciting brand of ball who knows the region they're recruiting and who wouldn't even command a massive salary. They're stuck with a guy who scores 50/game, loses constantly, and has sucked the life out what little remains of that hoops fan base
Seems after over a century of failure for ku football the life of the fan base is so sucked out ya'll (lulz PB) are left with....You and Wicked. Ouch lulz

I noticed just now that La Tech played last night in the NIT at Texas A&M and hung 84 points on them, including throwing in 11 threes. For fun I pulled up A&Ms schedule and see True Son scratched out 50 points there.

White is a guy who's "seasoning" down there right now for a P5 team to see his body of work before they hire him. (I.e., Derek Dooley who got the football job from there at Tennessee). He'll get a good job soon. I think Ben Howland is alright but if I'm Miss State I hire White in a second. Perhaps he told them to get lost.

Better to be down and reevaluate than to never be in the game at all, ala mizzou.

Just saw some of the football schedules for 2015. Oklahoma season ticket holders must be pumped. Their home schedule consists of:

Akron
Tulsa
West Virginia
Texas Tech
Iowa State
TCU

Such rivalries...tradition. I'll bet Oklahoma fans never thought they'd see the day when their best home game of the season (by a mile) was against Texas Christian. Gross

I remember when people were trying to say the Big 12 was better than the ACC. That was hilarious.

It's a good thing Zero-U had the good fortune to only have to play a 14 seed and an 11 seed so far, otherwise there'd be no one left "carrying the banner"

Question I still haven't gotten an answer for: Why didn't you guys do "conferenc cheerleading" before 2012? It's an interesting observation no?

I absolutely pulled for Big 12 teams when we were in that conference.

Probably because the conference we were in was constantly giving us the stiff one-eye.

Why would you ever actively root for teams in your own conference?

What a loser mentality. The goal is to win.

It's pretty clear that Bambi and Bitch cheerlead for the Big 12 as much as anyone in the SEC does.

Hell, I was at a Kansas fan's March Madness party last weekend, and they were openly pulling for all the Big 12 teams. The Texas message boards...pull for the Big 12 (even though they nearly all want out). The KU guys on 610 and 810 have all been lamenting the Big 12's performance.

2-5 in bowl games...humiliated in the tournament...only conference left out of the playoff...

I kind of feel bad for TCU. They were sold a bill of goods.
